This essential checklist serves as a foundation, though each cleaning is customized to address the unique requirements of every customer. we do require for water and electricity to be operating before hand. if this is not possible there may be an additional charge.
ROUGH CLEAN
Removal of large items such as debris, trash, leftover materials and other items that cannot be vacuumed. General sweeping or vacuuming will then follow. Removal, but not the cleaning, of stickers from doors and windows, are also included in this phase. basically this step is for us to get the work area ready to be cleaned if this has not been done by construction crew
LIGHT CLEAN
Rooms , restrooms and kitchens, those that serve a unique purpose, are being paid attention to. Sinks, toilets, windows, cabinets are just some of the installed items that are being thoroughly cleaned on this phase. This phase is one of the reasons why clients hire a professional cleaning service.
FINAL CLEAN
This stage entails cleaning smudges, fingerprints and other imperfections from the areas that were previously cleaned .
